For the past ten years, I’ve worked with intergenerational learners to foster connection, trust, and strategy towards systems change. 

I’m an equity-focused leader and graduate from the Harvard Graduate School of Education with 10 years as a successful project and program manager delivering high impact solutions across education and social impact organizations. I design curriculum and facilitate trainings to address systemic inequities and advocate on behalf of youth and historically marginalized and systems-impacted communities. 

As a consultant, I work with teams and leaders to hone organizational values, support staff development, and facilitate action towards equitable futures.
