Through the Same Halls is a collection of stories focused on oral history and captures the cultural shifts and socio-economic landscapes of South Central Los Angeles from 1948 to the present. Through personal narratives of long-time residents, Manual Arts H.S. alumni, grandparents, and current students, readers find a map of vibrant legacy and history.
